The kids comes across a unimportant town based in the sphere of the interior of a watercourse, whose waters take part in been grimy by a nearby fire citizens factory. Mysteriously, soon in the same way as they arive, a spirit who goes by the character of “The Painted Lady” shows up to aid the town.
